The 10 Biggest One Piece Card Price Shifts in March 2026

These last few months for the One Piece Card Game have been interesting to say the least. The market for the game picked up exponentially with the release of Carrying on His Will, and continued to increase with the release of The Azure Sea's Seven, and peaked when Extra Booster: One Piece Heroines Edition was released.
It is safe to say that the huge surge in pricing for all things One Piece has stabilized a bit. A good chunk of the cards that'd been skyrocketing in price are dipping back to what they were before. Most of them, however, are still somewhat elevated. This isn't necessarily a bad thing! It just means more people are aware of the game now, which will keep prices up with new sets as more people start investing in it.
Now, March was an interesting month for sure. In the middle of the month, Bandai released a new banned cards list to prepare for the April 1st rotation. This made waves in the market as cards were added and removed from the list. Some high-end collector cards also had wild price shifts throughout the month. Let's dive in and see what we can uncover.
Ban List Changes
The April 1st Ban List made three changes that affected the standard format. The first was the banning of OP06-047 Charlotte Pudding.

This card was single-handedly the bane of every competitive player's existence. Originally released as just a Rare in Wings of the Captain, Blue Charlotte Pudding was a powerhouse from the moment it was released until last week when it landed on the banned list.
Despite having multiple printings, the Winner Pack Pudding is probably the easiest to obtain of the "premium" variants. If you want a fancier version, you are looking at either the Championship Pack or the SP printing of the card. Both of these versions are still quite spendy.
At the start of the month, the Winner Pack variant of Pudding was approaching $40 per copy! Once the ban announcement was made, the price started to tank, and now Pudding is around $10 a copy.

There were multiple cards that came off the banned list on April 1st; the only ones that really matter, though, are the two that aren't rotated out of the standard format. OP07-045 Jinbe and Kingdom Come are the only two newly unrestricted cards that survived the rotation.
Jinbe was banned originally because of the Blue Doflamingo deck. With its Leader out of the format, there is no reason to keep it banned. Plus, there is a Blue Jinbe Leader out of The Azure Sea's Seven, so this gives it a huge boost! This card saw a sharp price increase of over 400% when the announcement was made. It's since stabilized at just a few dollars, which is a great price point for a card that has a ton of potential in both standard and unrestricted formats.

Kingdom Come's return is huge for Yellow decks! This card is an insane piece of removal for any Yellow strategy. Since Yellow decks are all about Life card manipulation, either regaining or intentionally playing at 0-1 Life cards, you don't mind the 'drawback' to the card.
Since Yellow is one of the best colors in the game it's kind of wild that Bandai would bring back such a strong card for the color. It was such an unexpected change to the list that Kingdom Come's price jumped originally from $0.49 to almost $30 on the day of the announcement! Thankfully, that didn't last long. Now, Kingdom Come's sitting around $8 for a Near Mint copy. This price point will probably stick for quite a while, unless Bandai suddenly decides to reprint the card again. I'm not sure how they would do that though.
Price Shifted Predicted Playables
There are a few cards that are predicted to see more play pretty soon, and they're starting to reflect it price-wise as well.

The first card here is the Emporio.Ivankov from ST-12. During the last month this card shifted from under a dollar to over $5. With only one printing from an older Starter Deck, Ivankov is a super-strong card that is expected to have a ton of synergy with the new Buggy and Luffy Leader cards that will be in OP-16 The Time of Battle, which has the aforementioned Leaders during their time in Impel Down. This, of course, fits perfectly with our beloved Queen of New Kama Land.
This Ivankov will work great with the upcoming Impel Down Leaders since both of them are Blue. One of the identities of Blue decks is stacking the top of your deck through searches. Ivankov's effect that lets you play the top card of your deck is a no-brainer.

The Yellow Portgas.D.Ace from PRB02 has almost tripled since the start of March. I'm looking at this Ace, and I know there is potential for this card in any Yellow deck that features the Three Brothers. Luckily, the ST13 Three Brothers Leaders are all still in rotation, and Black/Yellow Luffy is still a fan-favorite deck to play because of its high skill ceiling.
Hey Foxy Pirate enthusiasts, this one's for you! The main search card for the OP07 Foxy deck, Porche, shot up more than 500% in the last month. However, Porche is seeing a huge price spike due to its use in the new Purple Enel deck. Some Purple Enel decks have been playing a full set of Porche alongside Foxy for a searchable +2000 Counter. Porche also has a bonus of being able to grab one of the strongest Foxy Pirate events: Slow-Slow Beam Sword!

I want to look at both versions of Cavendish OP10-045 because this card is just getting out of control for both printings. In the last couple of months or so, Cavendish has been seeing more play as a neat tech in OP11 Nami and OP13 Ace decks as a powerful 4-cost character with a sweet drawing effect. But it hasn't been a card so strong that people are including full 4-card packages of it just yet.

Enter OP15 Lucy. A Dressrosa-themed Leader that is all about having more cards in your hand than you can even count. Lucy is looking to be one of the strongest decks to come out of the OP15 format, so it follows that one of the best draw cards in the deck would climb in price. The Parallel printing of the card has been shooting up and is now more than 50% of its price at the start of March, while the regular Rare print is up about 40%. This card is going to see a ton of play in the next few months, and it's all going to be in the Lucy deck. Start digging through your bulk now!
High End Price Shifts
We're going to close this list out with three super-high-end cards that have seen interesting price shifts in the last month. We'll check out three of the most popular Straw Hat members in recent SP and Manga printings.

This is one of those Roronoa Zoro SP cards that got its nickname from all the Pokémon investors that came over to One Piece. The "Bubble Zoro" is a gorgeous SP and currently sits as one of the most expensive cards that you can pull out of The Azure Sea's Seven. While this card is currently sitting just under $1000, it actually dropped by about 18% in March. It was briefly around $1,100 at its peak, and it's now closer to $900.
A drop this large is very significant for a high value card. Many people are speculating that this drop is due to prices returning to normal after the recent spike earlier this year, but this one might stick around at this price. Just about everything else has started to drop in value, and this is still the second hardest Zoro card to pull out of a pack right now (behind the Manga from OP-06).

I love when expensive cards are also playable, especially when I see people playing with their Manga Rares. EB02-061 Monkey.D.Luffy has a super expensive manga print that showcases the first time Luffy revealed his Gear 2 form in Enies Lobby. The Market Price for this card rose about 30% in March, with it sitting close to the $2000 range. There was a recent buyout on this card, so it is hard to say where it will settle. This card has the potential to beat out the Gear Five Luffy Manga from OP05.
It doesn't help either that this Luffy card is playable, and One Piece players who like their fancy cardboard in their decks don't mind playing a $2000 Manga Rare. I highly doubt that Green/Purple Luffy being popular again is the reason why this card is going up in price, but who knows! It could very well be the reason.

The last card we're going to look at today is the SP Nami from Extra Booster: One Piece Heroines Edition. This Nami is the best card in the set. Hands. Down. Just about every Yellow deck in the game can find a way to squeeze four copies of our favorite navigator into their 50-card list.
This card initially premiered as the most expensive card in the set! However, it's started to tank significantly, dropping by almost $300 in the last month. Now the card sits just below $1080. The decrease is largely the result of increased supply: players and collectors have been opening EB03 and pulling Nami. As more copies of the card enter circulation, the price naturally drops. Good. This card is way too expensive.
Prices Are Going Back To Normal
Prices for many cards are starting to drop back to what they were before the big boom in the One Piece market. Only certain characters are retaining their ridiculous prices. Characters like Boa Hancock, Nami, Luffy, and Zoro are the biggest exceptions–mostly due to their popularity outside of the immediate fandom.
Now that Adventure on Kami's Island is in its full release, we'll see the cards from that set start to fall to normal prices. Some of them were pretty crazy during the prerelease window, but are now starting to look normal for regular Super Rares and such. Hopefully cards from OP14 and EB03 will start to follow suit as the much anticipated reprints start happening.
