The Most Valuable One Piece Cards You Can Open in Packs Right Now

There's nothing quite like opening a pack of the One Piece Card Game and discovering what's inside. Whether you're chasing a favorite character, looking for a powerful card for your next deck, or hoping to find one of the game's many high-rarity chase cards, every pack offers the chance to uncover something special. With the release of The World's Strongest Warriors (OP-17), there are now even more exciting cards to chase, including some of the most valuable cards in the game.
For collectors, some of these pulls can be particularly rewarding. The One Piece Card Game is home to a growing number of highly sought-after cards, with the rarest Manga Rares and alternate arts regularly commanding hundreds of dollars on the secondary market. With OP-17 adding another wave of major chase cards, there are plenty of opportunities to find something valuable in booster packs.
So, which cards are currently the biggest hits you can pull? Let's take a look at the most valuable One Piece cards you can open from packs right now!
The World's Strongest Warriors (OP-17)
The World's Strongest Warriors (OP-17) is the latest booster set for the One Piece Card Game, and it has brought with it a ton of cards for collectors and players alike to hunt down. The set features the original Four Emperors, characters from the Elbaph arc, and 117 new cards, along with several unique rarities and special treatments that make opening packs extremely exciting.
The set celebrates the fourth anniversary of the One Piece Card Game, and it introduces several chase cards in new rarities, similar to the Red Manga Rare cards from OP-13. The most sought-after cards are the Pirate Crew Rares, featuring either Luffy or Rocks and their respective crews. Although there are limited sales of the cards thus far due to their low pull rates, early sales on eBay put Rocks in the high four-figures, while Luffy is in the $15,000 to $20,000 range. Pulling either of these from a pack is extremely difficult, but if you do, you'll have hit one of the biggest cards in the game's entire history!
Of course, OP-17 has plenty of other valuable cards to chase. The set introduces four Manga Rares featuring the original Four Emperors—Whitebeard, Big Mom, Kaido, and Shanks—as well as an alternate-art Leader Monkey.D.Luffy in Manga Rare style! Beyond that, there are four different Four Emperors SP cards, as well as six SP cards featuring characters who use Color of the Supreme King Haki.
With so many different rarities and valuable cards packed into a single set, The World's Strongest Warriors has quickly become one of the most exciting One Piece sets to open. More importantly for collectors, several of these big pulls are now among the most valuable cards you can find in a booster pack, making OP-17 one of the best packs you can open at the moment!
The Time of Battle (OP-16)
While OP-17 has introduced some enormous chase cards to the One Piece Card Game, The Time of Battle (OP-16) is still home to plenty of valuable pulls. Centered around the Paramount War, the set revisits the Marineford and Impel Down arcs while bringing some of the most important Marines in the series into the game. It also contains several highly collectible pieces, including three Manga Rares, a cycle of SP cards, and many valuable alternate arts.
The biggest prizes in OP-16 are its three Manga Rares: Borsalino, Sakazuki, and Kuzan. All three cards feature the Admirals who played a major role in the Paramount War, with each using the same iconic manga panel as the focal point of its artwork. Sakazuki currently commands the highest price of the three thanks in part to his competitive playability, but collectors have another reason to chase these cards: they form a matching set.
The set's SP cards are another major source of value. These cards use full-art, portrait-style artwork that puts the characters front and center, with relatively simple backgrounds that really makes the characters stand out. Ms. All Sunday is the clear star, currently carrying a price tag of more than $500, while Portgas.D.Ace, Charlotte Katakuri, and Tashigi provide several more worthwhile hits.
Adventure on Kami's Island (OP15-EB04)
Adventure on Kami's Island (OP-15) remains one of the more interesting sets to open for collectors, combining characters from the Sky Island and Dressrosa arcs with cards from Egghead Crisis (EB-04).
The biggest pulls in Adventure on Kami's Island are its two Manga Rares, Enel and Koby. Enel is the standout, with its strong competitive history making it one of the most desirable cards in the set. Koby doesn't quite command the same price, but it's still an impressive pull and gives collectors another Manga Rare to chase.
The two cycles of SP cards are another major reason that OP-15 has kept the attention of collectors. Monkey.D.Luffy and Boa Hancock are the most valuable of the bunch, while Zeus has also maintained an impressive price thanks to its competitive applications.
Even beyond the major chase cards, Adventure on Kami's Island has several worthwhile alternate arts to pull. Nami and Roronoa Zoro have held particularly strong values, while the alternate art Monkey.D.Luffy provides another opportunity to pull one of the game's most popular characters.
One Piece Heroines Edition (EB-03)
Popular female characters have always had a special place in the world of trading cards, and the One Piece Card Game is no exception. Heroines Edition leans fully into that appeal, with a set centered around some of the most popular women in the One Piece universe. While not every card is going to command a premium, the set has an unusually high number of valuable collector's pieces, making it one of the better products to open if you're looking for a high-end pull.
The biggest chase cards in Heroines Edition are actually its SPs, with Nico Robin, Boa Hancock, and Nami all commanding prices well above $1,000. That's unusual for a One Piece set, where a Manga Rare is typically the clear chase card. In this case, however, the collector appeal of these characters has pushed several SPs well beyond the set's Manga Rare. Nami and Nico Robin also have the added benefit of being highly playable cards, giving players another reason to seek out copies beyond just collecting them.
The set's Manga Rare, Uta, is still an impressive pull in its own right. Manga Rares remain among the most recognizable and collectible rarities in the One Piece Card Game, and Uta is no exception. While it currently sits below the top SPs in price, it still carries a respectable $950 price tag, with its combination of rarity and character popularity keeping it one of the most desirable cards in the set.
Even the DON!! cards have some collector appeal. Heroines Edition includes golden DON!! cards featuring Nami, Nico Robin, Boa Hancock, and Uta, allowing players to bring some of their favorite characters into any deck. They're nowhere near as valuable as the set's SPs or Manga Rare, but they're another example of how the character-focused theme gives even the less expensive cards in this set considerable collector appeal.
The Azure Sea's Seven (OP14-EB03)
The Azure Sea's Seven (OP-14) was the first One Piece Card Game booster set released in 2026, bringing the Seven Warlords of the Sea and their allies into the spotlight. With a mixture of rare promotional-style treatments, Manga Rares, SPs, and Alternate Arts, OP-14 has remained one of the most interesting sets for collectors to open.
The biggest chases in OP-14 are easily its Gold and Silver Buggy cards. These special versions of Buggy's OP09-051 SP complete a collection that began with the third anniversary of the One Piece Card Game, when Bandai released Gold and Silver versions of Monkey.D.Luffy in A Fist of Divine Speed (OP-11), Marshall.D.Teach in Legacy of the Master (OP-12), and Shanks in Carrying On His Will (OP-13). With Buggy joining the group, collectors can now complete the Gold and Silver set featuring all four of the original Four Emperors.
Of course, completing that collection is easier said than done. These are exceptionally difficult cards to pull, making either version of Buggy an incredible hit from a pack. The Gold version currently sits above $1,600, while even the Silver version commands more than $800, putting both among the most valuable cards you can open from a booster pack.
Beyond the Buggy cards, OP-14 has several other major chase cards. Its Manga Rare is Dracule Mihawk, once an important boss monster in Mihawk decks, and an impressive addition to any collection. The set also contains highly valuable SPs, with Roronoa Zoro and Boa Hancock standing out in particular.
Finally, there are plenty of worthwhile Alternate Arts throughout the set. You'll Frighten Me... and Ground Death are both powerful staples that can see play across multiple decks, while alternate art Leaders such as Boa Hancock, Dracule Mihawk, and Crocodile offer additional appeal to both players and collectors. Even if you don't manage to pull one of OP-14's chase cards, there are still plenty of valuable alternate arts and playable staples that can make a pack worth opening.
