If they like the One Piece Card Game, you can't really go wrong by giving them One Piece cards. Like a pocket-sized treasure chest, each booster pack contains a mystery assortment of cards from a given set, so gifting one is an easy way to add some excitement to the holidays.
You can go with booster packs from any One Piece set (Bandai has yet to print any bad ones). That said, your best option this year is probably a pack of Carrying On His Will (OP-13), the most recent One Piece set and the final set of 2025. It also happens to be the set celebrating the 3rd anniversary of the One Piece card game, so it's loaded with an extra helping of alternate-art cards your giftee might find.
One word of caution about buying loose booster packs. Since the early days of the One Piece Card Game, there have been rumors that sets are "mappable"—meaning that, due to insufficient randomization at the printer, it's possible to predict which packs in a given booster box will have high-value cards in them after you've opened some portion of the packs. If true, unscrupulous sellers could selectively open the packs most likely to have high-value cards themselves, and only sell packs they thought contained "duds."
There's plenty of disagreement about how effective mapping is, but if you want to be extra cautious while buying single packs, you can protect yourself from potential scammers in two ways. The first is to buy sleeved packs (like the one linked above). These packs come wrapped in a cardboard sleeve, and can't be mapped since they were never sold in a booster box. The second is to only buy loose packs from sellers you know and trust, like the folks at your favorite friendly local game store.

For something a little more substantial that positively screams "gift," we recommend the newest Devil Fruits Collection that drops on November 13. Bandai releases a new one of these every year, and they come with three packs, a fancy DON!! card, and just enough art sleeves for a complete DON!! deck. Plus, it comes in a fun plastic container that works as a display piece on your shelf or as a (bulky, but super thematic) deckbox.
This year's Devil Fruit Collection is the Ope Ope no Mi, the Devil Fruit used by Trafalgar Law, and comes with Law-themed goodies and packs from Legacy of the Master (OP-12).
Another excellent option at this price point are a set of official art sleeves. Two of the biggest draws to the One Piece Card Game are the art and the characters, so if you know your giftee's favorite pirate, you can help them celebrate both with a present they'll enjoy every time they sit down to play.
If you have extra budget, you can also get them outer sleeves to go with their art sleeves. As the name implies, these sleeves go outside of art sleeves to make them easier to shuffle, and keeps them looking pristine so they don't need to be replaced due to wear and tear.

When in doubt, you can't go wrong by showering the pirate in your life with cardboard. Every TCG fan loves cracking booster packs, but depending on your giftee, they might not get to indulge in this kind of treasure-hunting expedition as often as they'd like. Getting to rip through two dozen packs in a single sitting will make any day feel special.
Once again, you can't really go wrong with a Booster Box from any One Piece set, but the first set on fans' minds this holiday season will be the most recent set, Carrying On His Will (OP-13). This 3rd Anniversary set comes loaded with six "Manga Rare" cards—instead of the usual one—which means more treasures to find. Plus, the new Leader cards Ace and Imu are expected to be the strongest decks in the format for a while, so the set's just as essential for players as it is for collectors.

The One Piece Card Game has no shortage of excellent introductory products, but the most recent one might be the best we've ever seen. The Learn Together Deck Set contains everything two players need to learn the game—and even start taking down local tournaments—all for an unbeatably low price.
For under $30, you get a complete introductory experience to the One Piece Card Game. The Learn Together Deck Set comes with two complete decks and play guides that'll walk two brand-new players through their first turns of a game, before it gently lets go of the handlebars so you can start playing independently. It also comes with a third complete deck and three packs of cards you can use to modify the three decks, giving the whole box tons of replay value as a stand-alone, board-game-like experience once you and your friend are comfortable with the rules.
And if you want to start testing your skills at local Bandai events, this product helps there too! All three of the decks can be upgraded to compete at a local level, but the Zoro deck in particular only needs a few tweaks to become identical to a Tier 1 competitive deck capable of reaching the Top 8 at 1000+ player events.
Personally, I can't think of another product for any trading card game that so smoothly transitions players from "not knowing how to play" to "taking down veterans." For anyone who doesn't already have binders full of One Piece cards, the Learn Together Deck Set is a complete slam dunk.
Best Gift for Experienced Players
On the other hand, if your favorite pirate already attends tournaments regularly, it might not be possible to anticipate which cards they'll need tomorrow, next week, or next month. Those who aspire to be King of the Pirates have to adjust their decks every set (and sometimes more often than that) to react to shifts in the metagame.
A TCGplayer gift card gives them the flexibility to get the exact cards they need when they need them, so they can navigate uncertain formats with confidence. Plus, they'll always get a great deal because TCGplayer makes it easy to find the best prices on cards from hundreds of game stores.
It's basically an UNO wild card, but for One Piece (and every other trading card game).
Best Gifts for Collectors
Collectors have an ocean of products to choose from in the One Piece TCG. Practically every set comes loaded with multiple tiers of gorgeous alternate-art cards that ensure the hits come just often enough to make the chase cards feel obtainable without losing their mystique.
Which means that once again, you can't go wrong with a booster box from almost any One Piece set. But for the best opening experience you can get right now, we again have to recommend Carrying On His Will (OP-13).
One Piece products set the bar for the entire TCG industry when it comes to the number and value of high-end chase cards they contain, and OP-13 raises that bar even higher. OP-13 contains five different cards worth four figures, and a small number of "God Packs" (or in this case, "Demon Packs") contain special alternate-art versions of each of the Five Elders that go for a combined $2,600 or more.
What can we say? The set's a banger.

Premium Booster -The Best- Vol. 2 is another strong option. Unlike normal One Piece sets, each pack of this premium reprint set is guaranteed to come with at least one SR card, so even "bad" pulls don't feel too bad. Keep in mind though that since it's a reprint set, many of the hits may be redundant to someone who's been collecting the One Piece Card Game for a year or more.
