The Biggest One Piece Card Price Shifts in July 2026

July was an interesting month for the One Piece Card Game. The meta started to settle a bit before the upcoming release of the 4th Anniversary Set: The World's Strongest Warriors (OP-17).

Since OP-17 is the first ever One Piece set with a worldwide simultaneous release, all of the new cards coming out are affecting the market in real time, before we get a chance to see how the new Leaders will affect the meta. So most of the big price shifts are based on expected tournament results (rather than actual results), and on changes we've seen in prizing at the local level. 

Meta Shifts & Price Shifts

Let's start off by looking at cards that are seeing shifts in prices from the competitive side of the game.

Both the regular and Winner-stamped versions of Girl have been dropping like crazy recently. For the longest time, this card was a staple for OP-11 Nami decks. A solid two-cost Character that cycles a card from the deck and enables your Leader's effect every turn? Why wouldn't you play it is the real question. Unfortunately for budget players, Girl has always been locked as a Release Event promo, making it rather difficult to obtain. During the height of recent formats, the regular version of Girl peaked at $25 per copy! This was, of course, when Nami was the best deck in the format.

Now? Nami is still in a great spot, but most builds are straying away from playing Girl. As a result, the regular version of the card has dipped to under $10, while the Winner-stamped version has dropped from its peak of $80 down to around $60.

While Girl is a card on the decline right now, there are plenty of cards going up in price, especially with the new Starter Decks that just dropped last week.

There is a lot of speculation that all of the new green support in ST-32 is going to be the most successful in OP-14 Dracule Mihawk. Most of the green support in the Starter Deck is [Land of Wano] support, which this Otama is a searcher for. As a result, the Rare printing of Otama OP07-022 has shot up from under a quarter to almost $4 a copy, while the alternate art printing of Otama has shot up from around $8 to almost $30! That's almost a 250% increase over the course of a month. 

Makes sense. Green cards are kinda nice.

Smoker OP10-030 is also going crazy right now because of the upcoming green support. Whether it's in Mihawk or Zoro, having the ability to set a DON!! as active is really nice. The regular SR print has jumped from being a $1 card to a $5 card, while the alternate art print went from around $15 to $25. Not a huge jump for this version, and considering there is also the OP-13 SP variant, you have a nice middle ground for this card.

If you need Smoker OP10-030 still and don't have the money for $5 copies, the common reprint from the Learn Together Decks is around $3 right now. Not a huge difference, but still nice.

Otama's price increase is kind of crazy, but the jump on We're Going to Claim the One Piece!!! is absolutely crazy. This card was around $0.25 a month ago, and now it's close to $5 a copy. With only one printing and no alternate arts, anyone who wants to play Purple Katakuri needs to get a full set of this card. Heck, even if you're playing a deck like Purple Kaido (OP-17), or Purple Black King (OP-08), you need four copies of this card if you want to have a good time.

We have no idea how prominent Purple [Animal Kingdom Pirates] or [Big Mom Pirates] decks are going to be, but the new Kaido deck looks amazing, and Purple Katakuri has always been really strong. We'll have to see if this hype holds up, or if this card will go back to being under a dollar by the end of August. 

Judge Stamped Cards Going Crazy!

As a One Piece Judge, I love this part of the market shifts. Judge-stamped cards are starting to skyrocket! Especially the ones featuring our beloved Straw Hats.

There are a few reasons for this, but let's look at which ones have seen the craziest shifts.

The first two Judge-stamped promos that we should look at are the Luffy and Zoro from Judge Pack Volumes 2 and 3. These two cards have been going crazy lately, and the Luffy is actually the best example of it! This card is going through so many buyouts lately that the Market Price hasn't been able to keep up.

Probably the weirdest Straw Hat card to have a crazy price shift is the Tony Tony.Chopper from Judge Pack Vol. 7. This card spiked to almost $70 a copy in early July! It has dropped like crazy and stabilized around the $15-20 mark thankfully, but it was still crazy to see this card go as high as it did.

What's the reason though? Why are all these Judge-stamped cards shooting up in price? The answer is quite interesting. Judge Packs are now harder to obtain. For the longest time, Judge Packs were given out at Regionals, then once the next season of Judge Packs came out, the previous season's packs would start being distributed at the local level as a part of the weekly tournament pack kits. 

Most weekly tournament pack kits contain nine copies of the current Tournament Pack (eight for players, one for the Judge), a Winner Pack, and a Judge Pack. This was a regular thing up until the most recent Tournament Pack 2026 Volume 3 kits that are meant to run from July through September. With this most recent wave of kits, the Judge Packs are no longer included at the local level. Because of this, people have started to think that Judge Packs are no longer being given out at all! In actuality, they're just only being given out at the Regional Level. 

This makes sense though. Most local game stores don't have judges that work the events on a weekly basis, which means that the LGS either gives away the pack to a random player, or they get to keep the extra packs for themselves. Which isn't giving out the product in the correct manner. 

Moving into August: OP-17

August is going to be interesting. As players test OP-17, we'll start to see the market shift even more based around what we think the meta will become. The World's Strongest Warriors is slated to come out at the end of the month, so we'll have to wait to see how the market adapts to the 4th Anniversary set!
