It's right there in the name. Premium Booster One Piece Card -The Best- Vol. 2 advertises itself as a set chock-full of flashy, desirable One Piece cards you won't find anywhere else.

And by that metric, it delivers. Between all the reprints of competitive staples, the new competitive staples, the alt-arts of cards new and old, the Gold DON!! cards, the "foil-stampled" events, and the "Super Alt-Art" capstone, PRB-02 boasts literally dozens of cards worth $30 or more. And as of one week after the set's release, a staggering 21 of those cards clock in at over $100.

#10 Gold DON!! (Gear 4 Luffy)

Continuing the tradition set by PRB-01, PRB-02 contains 30 new Don!! cards themed after some of the One Piece characters who got Leader cards between OP-06 and OP-11. Each DON!! card comes in three printings of increasing scarcity: normal, foil, and gold. The 30 Gold DON!! in PRB-02 all cost a pretty penny, but some One Piece characters will always have more fans than others, and their DON!! are that extra bit more expensive.

Not only is Luffy the future Pirate King, but Gear 4 Luffy has been a meta champion since the Leader released, and is still racking up wins even after a new style of ban was designed specifically to hinder the deck's best playlines. That resilience helps put Gear 4 Luffy's Gold DON!! card ahead of the Gold DON!! of other strong Leaders like Teach and Bonney.

#9 Gold DON!! (Robin)

Nico Robin (OP09-062) doesn't have the competitive resume of blue/purple luffy, but Robin's popular enough on her own terms that it hardly matters. This card's a great find for fans of the Straw Hat Crew's most endearingly unflappable member. It's even got the hat she was rocking during her short skirt/long jacket era as Miss All Sunday.

#8 Alt-Art Marco (PRB02-008)

Of the 18 new cards in PRB02, Marco (PRB02-008) has quickly jumped to the top of every player's must-have list on sheer playability. Unfortunately, the pull rates for all the new cards in PRB-02 appear to be pretty rough, so even the base version of Marco is over $25 at time of writing. This alternate-art version of Marco comes out ahead of all the alt-arts of the new cards in PRB-02, just like its base version comes out ahead of their base versions.

#7 Monkey.D.Luffy (SP) (EB02-061)

One of the reprints players have needed the most from PRB-02, Monkey.D.Luffy EB02-061 sees tons of competitive play, mostly in decks led by Monkey.D.Luffy EB02-010. This new SP version offers players a way to bling out their decks without shelling out for the four-figure Manga Rare from Extra Booster: Anime 25th Collection.

#6 Charlotte Pudding (SP) (OP06-047)

As one of the most reliable ways to punish opponents for stockpiling a hand full of counters, Charlotte Pudding OP06-047 sees play in practically every competitive blue One Piece deck. Players have needed a reprint for a long time, and now they also have a fancy version they can sleeve up too (that's not an organized play promo).

#5 Gold DON!! (Shanks)

People like Shanks! They also like faces—given the option, I think most fans prefer a DON!! that shows the character themselves instead of just their accessories. Both of these factors help push Shanks' DON!! card above the cards of more popular One Piece characters like Boa Hancock and Sanji.

#4 Gold DON!! (Yamato)

Next in the sequence of Gold DON!! cards we have Yamato's card, featuring his iconic demon mask. Yamato's Gold DON!! card from PRB-01 ranks high among that set's most expensive cards, so it's not too surprising to see his newer DON!! carrying on that legacy.

#3 Gold DON!! (Nami)

As the single most popular female character in One Piece, Nami earns her place as the character with the most expensive Gold DON!! card in PRB-02 fair and square.

#2 Manga Gum-Gum Giant

In Premium Booster -The Best- Vol. 2, the Four Emperors each got a special alt-art version of an event tied to their crew with the "Manga" treatment. As expected, Gum-Gum Giant beat the other three by a landslide. Not only does it depict Gear 5 Luffy, but as an event counter that leaves its player with the same number of cards in hand as when they started, it's miles more powerful than the simple searchers representing the other Emperors.

As with most One Piece sets, the most expensive card in Premium Booster -The Best- Vol. 2 is set's "Manga Rare" alt-art reprint—in this case, Sanji (OP06-119). Sanji fans have been waiting a long time for their favorite cook to get a Manga Rare card, and this one delivers many of Sanji's most iconic moments on a card that's also wildly successful competitively.
