Just before Adventure on Kami's Island releases in the West on April 3, 2026, the One Piece Card Game will have its first Block Rotation. Cards with a "1" in their Devil Fruit symbol will no longer be legal to play in the game's Standard Regulation (with a few exceptions), marking the largest shakeup to the card pool since the game began in 2022.

We won't have time to mourn the cards they're losing though, because we'll be too busy playing with all the new toys in Adventure on Kami's Island. Like The Azure Sea's Seven, Adventure on Kami's Island is a hybrid set, with all the cards from the Eastern OP-15 set plus half of the cards from EB-04. That means even more Leaders to try and alternate-art cards to collect than usual!

With so many treasures to discover, plus the great sea-change of rotation, Adventure on Kami's Island may feel intimidating to navigate. Fear not, adventurer—this list will guide you like a map to the biggest prizes this wide-ranging set has to offer. These are the One Piece cards everybody wants from Adventure on Kami's Island (OP15-EB04).

You could argue this slot should go to Roronoa Zoro (OP15-113), which gives all yellow decks a super low-cost to restore Life while putting a threat on the board. But there's plenty more yellow coming later in this list (plus another Zoro card), so I decided to highlight a card that will appear in fewer decks, but be even more crucial in the ones where it does.

Eight-cost Nami plays a vital role in decks led by the new Green Black Brook Leader, which puts its own cards in the trash to turn on Brook's effect on a final combo turn. Nami lets you fish your best seven-cost threat out of the trash and gives it Rush to stabilize the board and set up your game-winning combo.

For now, Nami doesn't have a home outside of Brook. That could easily change in the future if we see another black Straw Hat Leader, now that Black's color identity is shifting toward trash manipulation. In the meantime, everyone who's been waiting three years to play a Brook deck will need four copies of Nami ASAP.

Plus of course, it's Nami wearing a wedding dress. How much more on-the-nose can a waifu card get?

When you're trying to close out a game, there's nothing more frustrating than running headlong into a wall of Counter Events and Blockers. Five-cost yellow Luffy can't stop your opponent from activating those effects, but it can translate your desire to smash everything in sight into game terms.

Assuming your deck has a typical cost curve, you can expect Luffy to pick up an extra +4000 power every time your opponent tries to worm out of an attack. That's enough to nullify a Gum-Gum Giant or swing over all but the game's biggest Blockers. Throw in the fact that you can drop two copies at once on 10 DON!! and that Luffy isn't locked to any Leader or type, and you've got a finisher that every yellow deck will want to consider going forward.

As usual, all of the new Leaders in Adventure on Kami's Island have alternate-art versions that will be worth significantly more than their base versions. The list of Leaders is extra-long this time because it includes the Red Yellow Bonney Leader from EB-04 on top of the six Leaders from OP-15.

Enel is poised to become the new god of the format the instant this set drops, so his Leader card will be in especially high demand. Fan-favorite characters like Lucy (i.e. Sabo), Brook, and Bonney should also put up strong numbers. Luffy's alternate-art Leader card looks like a movie poster for the Skypiea Saga, so One Piece fans will obviously want it. Rebecca and Krieg will likely lag behind the others, but they'll still find traction among players who enjoy their unique play styles.

Leaders like Ace, Gol.D.Roger, and the new Bonney get incredible mileage out of simply having more power than the average Leader most of the time. With the new seven-cost Zoro, those Leaders can all double down on that strategy, boosting their power out of range of all but the strongest opposing Characters. And if your opponent actually has one of those Characters, all the better. That means Zoro gets to attack the turn it's played.

Like a Law & Bepo that comes down two turns earlier, Zoro mixes offense and defense to shift any board state back in your favor, all on a card featuring the second-most popular character in the entire series.

Both this Enel and Enel (OP15-060) include text that turns them into unremovable 10000-power Characters as long as you have 6 or less DON!! cards in play—a condition that Purple Enel Leader will always meet. These are the boss monsters in the deck of our new format overlord.

Of the two top-end Enel Characters, this one has the higher base rarity, so its price will be the key limiting factor on how many fans get to enjoy this godlike power.

Like most One Piece sets, Adventure on Kami's Island includes a handful of alternate-art reprints of cards from earlier sets with related art and an "SP" stamp. This time though, there are two groups of SP cards: six from OP-15, and three from EB-04.

The other three SP cards from EB-04 appeared in The Azure Sea's Seven, and a quick look at their current prices shows how drastically cards of the same rarity can diverge based on popularity and playability. Edward Weevil (EB01-023) and Eustass"Captain"Kid (EB04-039) have both fallen to under $100, while the Market Price of Roronoa Zoro (PRB02-006) has yet to dip below $1000 at time of writing.

Like Zoro, Zeus gets played in plenty of decks, so it's probably the top pull of this group of SP cards. Still, they'll all be worthy prizes for anyone ripping packs.

Two of the Events in Adventure on Kami's Island have alternate-art versions in a similar style to Manga Rares, which are catnip to collectors.

Both Lightning Dragon and Gum-Gum Giant Pistol will hit hard in the new format. Lightning Dragon freezes a Character for essentially zero cost in Purple Enel—not even at the cost of a card, since it replaces itself. You'll be seeing this as a four-of in the scariest new deck in the game.

Gum-Gum Giant Pistol on the other hand can heal you for 1 Life if you're at 0, and is a +4000 counter for your Leader the rest of the time. It'll work best in decks like the new Yellow Luffy that run the Sky Island Nami searcher, but it's worth considering in any yellow Straw Hat deck like Blue Yellow Nami or 6-Life Luffy.

In the One Piece manga, Borsalino enters the story riding a cannonball and casually blows up a tree the size of a skyscraper with a single kick. Well, he's done it again, only this time the tree is "any deck that dares swing at Life."

This card is monstrous. For a cost of five, you get to demand two more swings from your opponent than they were expecting. If you somehow don't have enough DON!! to spare for this kind of crazy value, no worries, it also comes with +1000 counter!

The announcement on March 31 that Borsalino will be pair banned with I Re-Quasar Helllp!! means that Western players won't get to experience the thrill of watching their opponents swing at Leader and end up further behind in the damage race than when they started. Even without this broken interaction, Borsalino's still a beast, and most yellow decks will want to run a playset of this card for the foreseeable future.

While the SP cards from EB-04 are all beautiful, the OP-15 SP cards might have them beat for "wow" factor and collectibility. All six cards show their respective characters in breathtaking dynamic poses, and while their art isn't technically linked, the abstract Devil Fruit-inspired backgrounds invite you to place them side-by-side to complete the circles at the corners of each card. That's going to inspire plenty of collectors to seek out the whole set of six.

As is typical for One Piece sets, a Manga Rare tops the list of the cards that everyone hopes to open in a booster pack from Adventure on Kami's Island. This time, there are two Manga Rares to find: Koby from EB-04, and Enel from OP-15.

Of the two, Enel comes out on top in terms of both playability and popularity. But finding either one warrants a post on Reddit with a picture and a report on how badly you're shaking.
