Everything We Know About One Piece TCG: Adventure on Kami's Island (OP15-EB04)

In the lead-up to the official global simultaneous release of the One Piece Card Game this August, the Western format is finally closing the gap with its overseas counterpart, lagging just a month behind the East. The newest set, Adventure on Kami's Island, is slated for release in two weeks on April 3, 2026.
Like The Azure Sea's Seven which dropped in January, Adventure on Kami's Island is a hybrid set. Not only does it come with the base OP-15 cards that the East got earlier this month, it also incorporates the second half of the Egghead Crisis (EB-04) set. While The Azure Sea's Seven included the purple, green, and blue cards of EB-04, Adventure on Kami's Island will include the yellow, red, and black entries.
Thematically, this is the first set fully dedicated to the Skypiea arc, despite various Skypiea-themed Leaders appearing in previous sets. Alongside new Skypiea-centric Leaders like Yellow Luffy and Purple Enel, players will gain access to powerful tools from Egghead Crisis and broad support cards designed to replace staples that'll be lost in the upcoming set rotation.

Adventure on Kami's Island (OP15-EB04) will release in the West on April 3, 2026, about a month and a half after the release of Heroines Edition (EB-03) on February 20.

As a regular booster set, Bandai is ringing in the launch of Adventure on Kami's Island with the customary pre-release events to be held between March 27 and April 2, 2026. These will be both Sealed and Constructed events, and you can get your hands on some of the hottest cards in the set early just for attending. There's a fancy Boa Hancock promo that all participants will receive, as well as a Release Event Winner variant for those who manage to top their events.
Who Are the New Leaders in Adventure on Kami's Island (OP15-EB04)?
Since it technically covers a set and a half, Adventure on Kami's Island brings a whopping seven Leaders to the One Piece Card Game. Here's a quick rundown to each new deck to expect from the format.
Purple Enel (OP15-058)
Product Details
[Activate: Main] [Once Per Turn] If it is your second turn or later, add up to 1 DON!! card from your DON!! deck and set it as active, and add up to 4 additional DON!! cards and rest them. Then, give up to 4 rested DON!! cards to 1 of your Characters.
Marketplace price trend
Purple Enel's main gimmick is that his DON!! deck is limited to only six cards. Despite that, with his ability to attach four rested DON!! to his Characters every turn and access to some of the strongest tools in the game, he's set to be an A-tier deck immediately upon launch.
Red Green Krieg (OP15-001)
Product Details
[Activate: Main] [Once Per Turn] Rest up to 1 of your opponent's Characters that has 2 or more DON!! cards given.
Marketplace price trend
Don Krieg's cards allow him to attach the opponent's rested DON!! to their Leader or Characters, debuffing their board and resting their characters with attached DON!! It's an inspired, wild mechanic that we hope to see more of in the future.
Black Green Brook (OP15-022)
Product Details
[Activate: Main] [Once Per Turn] Trash 4 cards from the top of your deck. Then, if your deck has 0 cards, set up to 1 of your Characters as active.
Marketplace price trend
Making his first appearance as a Leader in the One Piece Card Game, Brook mills his own deck to play powerful Straw Hat Characters that pull cards from the trash, ending the game in a multi-swing burst combo.
Red Blue Lucy (OP15-002)
Product Details
[Activate: Main] [Once Per Turn] If you have activated an Event with a base cost of 3 or more during this turn, draw 1 card.

This mysterious Dressrosa gladiator (spoiler alert: it's Sabo) is a control-oriented deck that can discard Event cards to counter or power up his own attacks. More importantly, though, he can use his Leader effect to draw cards for free after playing Events.
Yellow Monkey.D.Luffy (OP15-098)

Yellow Luffy's board-protecting effect might seem costly at first, but his easy access to healing gives him a near-unkillable board capable of generating tons of pressure.
Blue Rebecca (OP15-039)
Product Details
[Activate: Main] You may rest this Leader and return 1 of your {Dressrosa} type Characters to the owner's hand: Play up to 1 {Dressrosa} type Character card with a cost of 3 from your hand.
Marketplace price trend
With the ability to bounce back a Character to play another 3-cost Character for free, Blue Rebecca is shaping up to be surprisingly powerful despite her inability to attack.
Red Yellow Jewelry Bonney (EB04-001)
Product Details
[Activate: Main] [Once Per Turn] Give up to 1 of your opponent's Characters -1000 power during this turn. Then, if you have 2 or more Life cards, you may add 1 card from the top of your Life cards to your hand.
Marketplace price trend
The only Leader here from Egghead Crisis (EB-04), Red Yellow Bonney becomes a 7000-power Leader when she gets down to 1 Life. With access to multiple Leader stat-buffing cards like the new SR Zoro (EB04-007), she's a great pick for folks who yearn for the Black Yellow Luffy days of becoming a 9000-power Leader in the late game.
What Are the Most Valuable Cards in Adventure on Kami's Island (OP15-EB04)?
The chase cards of each One Piece set are usually the Manga Rares, and that's no different with Adventure on Kami's Island. Since this set covers both OP-15 and EB-04, it features two different Manga Rare cards: Enel and Koby.
As Enel is the main villain of the Skypiea arc and its card is featured in a high-tier meta deck, we expect it to be the more valuable of the two.
Following the Manga Rares in value are the Special Rare (SP) cards. Again, this set will feature EB-04 and OP-15 cards, for a total of 9 SP cards. The dynamic, colorful art on the OP-15 SPs is some of the best we've seen from the rarity so far, so we expect these to hold high value.
Of course, as with most other alt-art cards, the Luffy and Hancock cards are most likely to fetch a high price. Since Zeus' art features Nami relatively prominently, we may see that become one of the more expensive in the set as well.
Finally, if you're a player, be warned: similar to what we saw with the Nami Super Rare (EB03-053) in Heroines Edition, we expect certain base-art Super Rare and Secret Rare cards to be relatively pricey due to meta demand. At the top of this list are EB04-048 Borsalino and OP15-118 Enel—the first of which is a new yellow staple, and the latter of which plays a key role in one of the strongest decks of the set.
Also keep an eye out for the SEC Luffy (OP15-119) and Mamaragan (OP15-078), a Super Rare Event that also plays a big role in Purple Enel.
